Looking for somewhere to host your work or social christmas party!?! We offer a choice of two set menus that include bread, entree, main, dessert and tea/coffee. With the beautiful Brisbane water as a backdrop where else would you celebrate the holiday season and warm weather! Please note we do not offer one or two course menus during the Christmas period- A minimum of three courses is required during this time

Freshly Baked Dinner rolls
Entrees
¨ Bruschetta- tomato, cheese, garlic, Spanish onion and olive oil on crusty bread
¨ Tasty cheese Burek– crumbed and deep fried
¨ Warm Cajun chicken salad served with guacamole and salsa (GF)
Mains
All mains include vegetables
¨ Veal Cordon Bleu– Baby veal pocketed with ham and cheese lightly crumbed and pan fried.
Served with a demi jus
¨ Chicken Breast topped with Bearnaise and Asparagus (GF)
¨ Ocean perch and Smoked Salmon Stack– layers of perch and salmon topped with
a champagne and dill crème sauce (GF)
Desserts
¨ Shoreline Sticky Date pudding topped with Butterscotch sauce
¨ Chocolate and Tia Maria Mousse served in a brandy snap basket (GF)
¨ New York Baked Cheesecake of the day
All desserts served with fresh seasonal fruit and cream
Freshly brewed coffee or tea
Set menus are for a minimum of 15 people at $44 per person Monday to Friday. There is a Weekend and Public
Holiday Surcharge of $2.00 per person ($46 per person (P/Hol’s, Sat &Sun). Our set menus are designed as a 3 course meal. 2 course menus are not available on weekends.
A deposit of 10% is required to secure your booking and this is required to be paid within two weeks of making your
reservation. Unfortunately we do not take tentative reservations. Bookings are only secured once your deposit has been
received. Final Confirmation of numbers is required the day before your reservation as we will cater to this number and you will be charged accordingly. To ensure your satisfaction, groups of 25 or more will be served ALTERNATIVELY. Our gluten free options have been identified. If anyone in your party has any further special dietary requirements, including vegetarian meals please let us know prior to your reservation date. Please be aware that we do not accept individual payments for meals.
