The Blue Book (Special Regulations PART 2) requires "Off-The-Beach" boats to comply with the Equipment Audit requirements, just as larger boats have done for years. The need for an annual Safety Audit therefore applies to ALL our fleets, including

- Yachts (Process is already in place)
- Juniors (all fleets)
- Lasers
- Fireballs
- Catamarans
- Etchells (Process is already in place)
- Mixed Fleet

This audit must be carried out by a YA accredited Equipment Auditor, and Gosford Sailing Club has 9 such qualified dedicated people. The audit must be completed prior to entry in any race or event. It is imperative to have organised an audit prior to September if you want to compete.

Please contact your respective Section Representative so that an audit may be completed.
Each Section will be allocated a specific day for audit purposes, so get in quick to book.

The Senior Club Auditor is Peter Casey. His contact information is:

e-mail: cpcasey@optusnet.com.au     Mobile phone: 0403 004 954

Please read through your sections' requirements as the process/forms may be simplified for various sections.
